Ongoing Support Between Sessions: Email or text support whenever you need it.

Coaching is a collaborative process that helps you grow your leadership capacity by increasing self-awareness, identifying goals, and supporting meaningful action. We meet with you over the course of 6 months to create a roadmap and help you get where you want to go.

The Positive Intelligence (PQ) framework is a science-based approach to strengthening your mental fitness—your ability to handle life’s challenges with less stress and more clarity. Rooted in neuroscience and psychology, PQ coaching helps you identify and shift away from self-sabotaging thought patterns (called “Saboteurs”) and build inner strengths (your “Sage” perspective). In coaching, we use Positive Intelligence tools and practices to help you respond to challenges with curiosity, empathy, and focused action—so you can lead with greater resilience and effectiveness.

Even if your organization offers free coaching, there are benefits to working with a coach outside your system. Outside coaches are neutral and confidential, allowing you to share honestly about your challenges without fear. We are focused solely on your agenda – our commitment is to you, not your institution.

Yes, you can sign up and pay month-to-month for coaching, but we require a 2-month minimum for new clients. Coaching is a process that takes time, and so we ask for a minimum commitment of two months.
If you aren’t sure whether coaching is for you, you can book a (free) discovery session to get a taste of the coaching process.
We will consider emergency terminations on a case-by-case basis.
